Fire Breaks Out at Ronaldo’s Marrakesh Hotel

A fire began in Cristiano Ronaldo’s Marrakesh hotel on April 5, prompting a fast rescue. No one was hurt, and the incident was quickly resolved.

The Pestana CR7 group opened the hotel in 2022 to match Portuguese football player’s expanding commercial range. Morocco World News reports that despite the “small fire,” staff and guests were alarmed over clearly visible flames inside the structure.

Emergency responders quickly extinguished the fire before it spread to neighbouring hotel rooms. In order to prevent injuries, event staff swiftly removed all guests and employees.

Following safety practices helped resolve the issue. The hotel resumed regular operations shortly after. In Saudi Arabia, Cristiano Ronaldo represents Al-Nassr and has not commented on the event. However, guests and workers were relieved by the swift response and lack of injuries.
