Messi’s Lavish $250M Real Estate Assets Revealed

Lionel Messi has always had first-rate business sense. He has made hundreds of millions of dollars by means of sponsorship and endorsement contracts. A napkin from his first soccer contract went for about $1 million. His most recent profitable contract is a $60 million annual one with Inter Miami CF of Major League Soccer. Messi made still another great real estate decision in 2025.

Using the moniker “Edificio Rostower Socimi,” the Spanish digital-only Portfolio Stock Exchange registered his real estate interests. Apart from retail and other commercial real estate, his REIT portfolio comprises of seven residential towers and hotels.

Messi’s REIT shares were valued at $60 apiece following public listing, therefore adding to the overall worth of the portfolio to $232 million.
