Scholes Tips Anderson As United Successor

England midfielder Elliot Anderson may have the potential to replace Casemiro at Manchester United, according to Paul Scholes, who claims that the midfielder is a modern fit player, not a like-for-like replacement. In a close examination of The Good, The Bad and The Football podcast, Scholes has indicated that Casemiro.

The contract of Casemiro is officially expired by the end of this season and although United has option of extending its contract to another year, Scholes comes out with the prospective approach of the club. He thinks that Anderson has demonstrated his ability to handle tactical responsibility due to his recent performances as a disciplined holding midfielder in England set up.

Scholen acknowledged that he had first of all valued Anderson as an attack-minded, free-roaming creator, but his move to No.6 had shocked him. Scholes however cautioned that it would not be enough to sign Anderson and expect them to be able to turn Manchester United into a Premier League and Contenders of the championships since the blueprint of recruitment needs to be stretched.
